Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts for mall branding, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging content for social media, advertisements, and in-mall displays.
- Design and produce signage, wayfinding systems, and environmental graphics to enhance the mall's aesthetic and functionality.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating innovative and trendsetting elements.
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of design materials.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide creative input and support for special events, seasonal campaigns, and mall activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer, preferably in retail, marketing, or a similar industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, print, and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
