Responsibility
- Develop and oversee the overarching creative vision and brand aesthetic for all Fairyskin campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters.
- Conceptualize and manage the production of high-quality digital content for social media, web, and advertising platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, beauty innovations, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand relevant.
- Manage production budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in creative direction, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling, art direction, and design capabilities.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
