Responsibility
- Develop and present concept designs, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and project goals.
- Lead space planning and layout optimization for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, maximizing functionality and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from design to installation.
- Select and source high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet budget, durability, and design standards.
- Create detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules for contractors and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design intent and timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable practices, and local building codes to deliver innovative and compliant solutions.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism, providing regular updates and incorporating feedback to refine designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
- Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) specifications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Familiarity with Bali’s design aesthetic, local suppliers, and cultural influences is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous but not required.
