Responsibility
- Design and develop creative graphics for T-shirts and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity.
- Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, and social media.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and feedback professionally.
- Assist in managing social media content and engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects and customer requests.
- Stay updated on design trends and customer service best practices.
- Support team members in brainstorming and executing creative campaigns.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Passion for fashion, streetwear, or print design is a plus.
