Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of designers to produce high-quality visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print marketing materials, including social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
- Design and optimize user interfaces (UI) for websites, apps, and other digital platforms to enhance user experience.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand, including logos, typography, color schemes, and imagery.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and tailor designs to resonate with them.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing collateral, and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Experience leading a design team or managing creative projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design best practices is a plus.
