Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-impact visual designs for digital and print media, including branding, packaging, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, and manufacturing) to align designs with business objectives.
- Create and maintain style guides, templates, and design systems to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Produce engaging graphics for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Edit and retouch images, illustrations, and layouts to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in manufacturing, advertising, or a creative agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums (print, digital, branding).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret briefs, think conceptually, and deliver visually compelling solutions.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and motion graphics is a plus.
