Responsibility
- Develop high-quality, original content (blogs, articles, social media posts, website copy) that aligns with brand voice and business goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Optimize content for SEO, incorporating keywords, meta descriptions, and best practices to improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency across all channels.
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
- Create engaging multimedia content (e.g., captions, scripts) for video and visual assets.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and content innovation to keep our brand at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or hospitality.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
