Responsibility
- Develop and execute high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, blogs, social media posts) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Research and stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithms, and audience preferences to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, sales) to create cohesive campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing schedules across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (views, engagement, shares) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Edit and enhance multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Pitch innovative content ideas and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to fast-changing trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization for digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
