Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies to meet operational KPIs and output targets.
- Oversee daily farm and production operations, ensuring adherence to biosecurity and quality control protocols.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation and supply chain logistics to maximize efficiency and minimize operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with international technical teams to integrate global best practices into local production workflows.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations and SyAqua's sustainability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in aquaculture production management, preferably within a large-scale commercial setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deep understanding of aquatic health, biosecurity protocols, and modern farming technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on process optimization (Lean/Six Sigma a plus).
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle complex field-based operations effectively.
