Responsibility
- Undertake comprehensive cost analysis for repair and maintenance project works to ensure budget adherence.
- Provide operational support to the maintenance team for seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and monitor project budget trackers and financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
- Monitor and review contract performance against established KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and procurement documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and vendor management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility management or project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to interpret technical maintenance requirements and translate them into financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced contract environment.
- Knowledge of IFS software or similar facility management systems is a significant advantage.
