Responsibility
- Manage and process contract billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and review financial reports related to contract billing and revenue recognition.
- Maintain and update billing records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and provide solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to contract billing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract billing, finance, or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid and night shift environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Experience in a global or multinational company is a plus.
