Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare consultants, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to consultants throughout their career transition process.
- Track and monitor consultant engagement, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address consultant needs and resolve any issues.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to enhance consultant satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to assess consultant needs and provide tailored support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and U.S. healthcare career requirements to offer informed advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with CRM systems and data management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry or U.S. career transitions is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
