Responsibility
- Provide personalized care and assistance to patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report vital signs, health conditions, and any changes in patient well-being to the healthcare team.
- Assist with medication administration under the supervision of nurses or medical staff.
- Offer emotional and social support to patients, fostering a compassionate and trusting relationship.
- Maintain clean and safe environments for patients, including sanitizing equipment and living spaces.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately in medical records.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- A certificate or diploma in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Caregiver, or similar role (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility and reliability.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and hygiene practices.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (if not already based in the region).
