Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees, ensuring prompt and effective response to workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct regular health assessments, including pre-employment and periodic medical examinations, to monitor employee well-being.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to employee health and safety.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
- Organize and facilitate wellness initiatives, such as health screenings, vaccination drives, and health education workshops.
- Assist in the administration of HR tasks, including onboarding, benefits management, and employee relations.
- Monitor and report on workplace hazards, recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent; valid nursing license is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, company nursing, or a related healthcare role.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, preferably with experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in basic HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, or Occupational Health (e.g., COHN) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
