Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement across digital platforms.
- Transform system-generated suggestions into natural, human-like conversations that resonate with the audience.
- Monitor and analyze community interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement efforts with broader marketing and communications goals.
- Create and curate content that fosters meaningful discussions and strengthens community bonds.
- Respond to community inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Organize and facilitate virtual events, webinars, or forums to boost community participation.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
