Responsibility
- Manage and collect outstanding payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment plans.
- Monitor and report on the status of outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
