Responsibility
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable for automotive hire purchase agreements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment collections.
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payments.
- Prepare and send payment reminders and statements to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hire purchase agreements and automotive financing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements.
