Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and design customized cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and present technical proposals, RFP responses, and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for potential clients.
- Act as the technical liaison between clients, sales, and engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, and enterprise IT to position our offerings competitively.
- Provide post-sales technical support during the transition phase to ensure client satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies to support sales efforts.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events to promote One Vogue’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for cloud/IT solutions.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and data center technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal management software.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, Cisco, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings and events.
