Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee daily clinical operations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and organizational policies.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community care programs and initiatives.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, social workers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to clinical activities and patient care.
- Monitor resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in social service and healthcare settings.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and community outreach events to promote health awareness and education.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare management, or social services.
- Strong understanding of community care frameworks and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape or willingness to relocate is a plus.
- Certifications in clinical operations or project management (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
