Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize clinical information systems to improve patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to translate clinical workflows into efficient EHR processes
- Analyze clinical data to identify trends, improve decision support, and enhance patient safety
- Develop and maintain clinical documentation standards and templates
- Provide training and support to clinical staff on EHR systems and best practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and IT departments
Qualifications
- Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
