Responsibility

  • Design, implement, and optimize clinical information systems to improve patient care outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to translate clinical workflows into efficient EHR processes
  • Analyze clinical data to identify trends, improve decision support, and enhance patient safety
  • Develop and maintain clinical documentation standards and templates
  • Provide training and support to clinical staff on EHR systems and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and quality assurance processes
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and IT departments

Qualifications

  • Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT
  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's preferred)
