Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, healthcare regulations, and service standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of healthcare and administrative staff to deliver exceptional performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary medical and retail products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain a positive clinic reputation.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to uphold high service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic, retail, or healthcare supervision, with a proven track record in team leadership.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, clinic management software, and basic financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or currently based in Bali.
