Responsibility
- Assist in daily clinic operations, including patient registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Manage and update clinic social media accounts to engage with patients and promote healthcare services.
- Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, patient education, and clinic promotions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop digital content that aligns with clinic goals.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive clinic reputation.
- Assist in organizing and executing clinic events and health awareness campaigns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for healthcare and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus.
