Responsibility
- Greet and register patients efficiently, ensuring accurate collection of personal and medical information.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
- Provide real-time updates to patients regarding waiting times, consultation room assignments, and any delays.
- Assist medical staff with preparing patient files, medical records, and necessary documentation for consultations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area to enhance patient comfort.
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries professionally, addressing patient concerns with empathy and clarity.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries in compliance with clinic policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal clinic efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software or electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and administrative procedures.
