Responsibility
- Prepare and handle laboratory samples according to standardized procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide comprehensive support for laboratory testing, including equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance.
- Accurately record, document, and organize test data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Assist in the coordination of client requests, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain laboratory inventory, including reagents, supplies, and documentation, to support uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow between departments.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures to uphold the integrity and reliability of laboratory results.
- Provide administrative support, including report generation, filing, and client correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in laboratory support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures with precision.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic laboratory software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in a 5.5-day work week and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and best practices is a plus.
