Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of healthcare products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, sales) to align operations with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and distributors.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts, market trends, and operational improvements.
- Stay updated on industry developments and DKSH’s service offerings to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, customer service, or supply chain operations, preferably in healthcare.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia is advantageous.
