Responsibility
- Develop and execute in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand standards and promotional plans.
- Collaborate with retail partners to optimize shelf space, product placement, and inventory levels.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve market penetration.
- Train and support retail staff on product knowledge, promotions, and selling techniques.
- Manage company vehicle for daily routes, ensuring timely and efficient store coverage.
- Prepare detailed reports on merchandising activities, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Participate in trade shows, product launches, and special events to drive brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations (Class 3 license preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving in-store product performance.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retail partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising software/tools.
- Valid driverās license with a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
- Familiarity with Baliās retail market and distribution channels is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
