We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Engineer with a PEB (Professional Engineers Board) degree to lead and execute large-scale infrastructure developments in Bali’s dynamic construction landscape.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with LTA and local regulations.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and project timelines while optimizing resource allocation.
- Liaise with government agencies, clients, and consultants to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering practices to enhance project efficiency and environmental compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PEB-accredited or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or LTA projects.
- Proven experience in project management, contract administration, and site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of local and international construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Primavera, or similar engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
