Responsibility
- Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Oversee site investigations and conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability, including soil testing and environmental impact evaluations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution and delivery within deadlines.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to quality control, safety protocols, and design specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Resolve technical challenges and implement corrective actions to mitigate project delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management, construction supervision, or structural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Badung and surrounding areas as needed.
