Responsibility
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public infrastructure.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility, compliance with regulations, and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation for government approval and stakeholder review.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
- Monitor construction progress, address technical challenges, and provide solutions to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international engineering standards, codes, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in public consultations and community engagement initiatives to gather feedback and address concerns related to infrastructure projects.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of existing public facilities to enhance safety, accessibility, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one in Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or public works projects (entry-level candidates with strong academic records will be considered).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with government officials, contractors, and community members.
- Knowledge of Indonesian engineering regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
