Responsibility
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Interpret and review structural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide construction teams accurately.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and project updates to stakeholders.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and construction staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer, with a strong background in on-site construction supervision.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
