Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement in the financial sector.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing, to amplify reach and conversions.
- Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all channels and aligning messaging with company values.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to launch and promote financial products tailored to market needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on campaigns and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to expand market penetration.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, customer retention) to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in financial services).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation).
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and market dynamics is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
