Responsibility
- Operate and monitor chemical production equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and mix chemical solutions according to precise SOPs and batch specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolutions.
- Document process parameters, production outputs, and any deviations for quality control and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the calibration and validation of instruments to maintain accuracy in chemical measurements.
- Follow strict environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical production, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with chemical mixing, reaction monitoring, and equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations in chemical handling.
- Proficiency in using process control systems, PLCs, or SCADA is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules and adapt to dynamic production demands.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
