Responsibility
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all cash transactions and financial documentation.
- Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cash management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
