Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Cantonese-speaking customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to products, services, or accounts.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all interactions.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (onsite in Bali and remote).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
