Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Cantonese-speaking customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries related to products, services, or accounts.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all interactions.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (onsite in Bali and remote).
