Responsibility
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, aligning creative, digital, and traditional channels to meet business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, ROI) and leverage insights to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently to maximize impact and ROI.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present campaign strategies, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform campaign direction and positioning.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all campaign materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a unified voice across touchpoints.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years leading integrated campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop data-driven strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or marketing automation software to track and interpret performance data.
- Creative Collaboration: Strong partnership with creative teams to produce compelling content (copy, visuals, video) that engages audiences.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for pitches, reports, and team coordination.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot strategies based on market shifts, feedback, or performance metrics.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
