Your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Canva will be instrumental in delivering visually compelling and technically sound designs that drive project success.

Responsibility
- Conduct on-site field surveys to gather accurate measurements and data for design development.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Develop architectural and structural models in SketchUp and 3D rendering tools to visualize project concepts.
- Design and edit graphic materials, including layouts, illustrations, and presentations, using Corel Draw, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure designs meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Organize and maintain digital design files, ensuring version control and easy retrieval for project stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest design software, tools, and industry best practices to enhance productivity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical and architectural designs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and graphic design tools (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong understanding of technical drawing standards, blueprint reading, and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex specifications and survey data.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and present design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
