Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to optimize cross-border seller performance and market penetration in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with regional teams to streamline logistics, payment processes, and compliance for international sellers.
- Design and monitor KPIs to track operational efficiency, seller satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance platform features for cross-border sellers.
- Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support budgeting and resource allocation decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve scalability and reduce operational bottlenecks for global sellers.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or operations, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, or logistics providers is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
