Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
- Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and deals that align with the company’s goals and values.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling proposals and pitches.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and present reports on business development performance, including KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in Bali or Indonesia.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
