Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities within the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Support the development of strategic business proposals, presentations, and pitches by gathering relevant data and insights.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize business development strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and forecasts to evaluate the potential ROI of new initiatives.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, leads, and sales activities to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards on market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities for senior management review.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, contributing analytical perspectives and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in business development, market research, sales analysis, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong desire to learn and contribute to business growth.
- Availability to commit to a 6-month contract engagement.
