Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, air conditioning units, and building infrastructure.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, and HVAC malfunctions efficiently and safely.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Install, test, and commission new electrical and air conditioning systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff and external contractors to complete large-scale projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician or Air Conditioning Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in building maintenance.
- Certification or vocational training in electrical engineering, HVAC systems, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit breakers, and HVAC components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned locations in Bali.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
