Responsibility
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform necessary repairs on electrical and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in compliance with safety standards.
- Service and troubleshoot air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to complete larger projects and ensure all building systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with building occupants and addressing their concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician or Air Conditioning Technician, with a strong understanding of building maintenance.
- Certification or vocational training in electrical work, HVAC, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
