Responsibility
- Provide timely and accurate support to brokers and referral partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the lending team to ensure smooth processing of applications and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and update broker and client records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between brokers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve broker support processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company policies to provide informed guidance to brokers and partners.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, financial services, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
