Responsibility

  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team of sales consultants, service advisors, and operational staff to exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute localized sales plans, promotions, and inventory strategies to maximize showroom traffic and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a premium, end-to-end buying journey—from inquiry to delivery—with a focus on transparency, trust, and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee branch P&L, inventory management, and compliance with company policies, while maintaining high standards of showroom presentation.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and pricing dynamics to identify growth opportunities in Bali’s used car market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to streamline processes and enhance branch performance.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and report on key metrics (e.g., sales volume, customer feedback, inventory turnover) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, financial institutions, and community partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven Leadership: Minimum 5 years in automotive retail management, with a track record of leading teams to surpass sales targets.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of used car sales, financing options, and customer psychology in the Indonesian market.
  • Business Acumen: Strong financial literacy, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in CRM systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational challenges and customer escalations with innovative, customer-first solutions.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a willingness to travel occasionally for training or regional meetings.
