Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction through effective problem-solving and service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in branch management, sales leadership, or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets, operational efficiency, and team development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a dynamic, international environment.
