Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations of the dealership branch, including cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including LTO (Land Transportation Office) requirements, tax filings, and financial reporting standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and prevent discrepancies, working closely with the operations team to reconcile stock levels.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to branch management.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to monitor profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize revenue streams.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive, retail, or dealership industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and LTO compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
