Responsibility

  • Design and deliver high-impact sales training programs tailored to BPO teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
  • Develop and refine sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to identify training gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to assess individual and group performance, providing actionable feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new sales methodologies to keep training programs current and competitive.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and group coaching sessions to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires with comprehensive training to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, training, or coaching within a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of improving team performance through effective training and coaching techniques.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, conversion rates).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
  • Experience in curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and performance analysis is a plus.
  • Highly target-driven, resilient, and adaptable with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
