Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are up to date.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and process payroll requirements and ensure timely tax remittances.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analysis.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during financial reviews.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks to streamline business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).
- Strong command of MS Excel, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
