Responsibility
- Assist in daily manufacturing, packaging, and logistics operations under supervisor guidance.
- Support quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (GMP, ISO).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for production, shipping, and regulatory purposes.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical skills in biopharmaceutical processes.
- Troubleshoot basic operational issues and propose process improvements.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) protocols in all work activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong academic record with a passion for the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali (or already based in the area).
- High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical standards.
