Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer billing records in the financial system.
- Generate and distribute invoices to clients via email or other designated platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless billing operations.
- Prepare monthly billing reports and analyze trends for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of billing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing billing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with ERP or billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
