Responsibility
- Execute daily banking operations, including account management, transaction processing, and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Support the implementation of business strategies and plans to achieve the bank’s financial and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze banking performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks to mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and other departments to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management review and decision-making.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in banking services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking software systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
